The Massey University Press book The Architect and the Artists, about the remarkable collaboration between James Hackshaw, Colin McCahon, and Paul Dibble, was one of four finalists in the illustrated non-fiction category of New Zealand’s prestigious national book awards, the Ockhams, in May. The book went on to win one of the four best first book awards.
