Join us for an enlightening webinar with Professor Joanne Hort, the Fonterra Riddet Chair in Consumer and Sensory Science at Massey University. - Have you ever wondered why people have such varied tastes and preferences, from the wines they enjoy to the textures and spices they can tolerate? Our perceptions and preferences are affected by many things including personality traits, disease, our past experiences, and of course the culture we grew up in. In this talk, dive into the different sensory worlds people live in as a consequence of genetic and physiological drivers.
