Dr. Dee Muller and Dr. Karyn O’Keeffe share insights and a broad overview of child and adolescent sleep health – what it is, why it is important and what we can do to support children and young people to sleep well. Dee is based at the Sleep/Wake Research Centre on the Massey University Wellington campus. She has a background in occupational therapy and is currently a recipient of a Lottery Health Postdoctoral Fellowship. Karyn is a Senior Lecturer at the Sleep/Wake Research Centre and a physiologist with considerable clinical experience in monitoring sleep and managing sleep disorders.
