Congratulations to the winners of our graduation story giveaway!
A huge thank you to everyone who shared their graduation stories with us. We loved reading about your journeys, and these three stories stood out for the inspiring experiences, resilience and passion they captured.
Here are a few reflections from our winners:
Talei Williams
Executive MBA
“After crossing the stage, I woke up the next morning filled with a sense of pride. My Executive MBA journey came with plenty of curve balls, but every challenge helped me grow. It truly takes a village, and I’m eternally grateful to my whānau, friends, classmates and Massey professors who made this achievement possible. My passion remains focused on improving Pacific hormonal health outcomes for wāhine across Aotearoa.”
Oak Gar Moe
Master of Construction – Digital Built Environment
“Completing my Master’s is a milestone I will always carry with me. The journey wasn’t always easy, but it brought growth, valuable learning experiences and incredible people into my life. Walking across the graduation stage celebrated years of hard work, perseverance and self-belief. I’m proud to be part of the Massey whānau.”
Janice Jose
Bachelor of Nursing
“I grew up in Dubai watching my mum’s dedication as a nurse make a lasting impact on her patients. At 18, I moved to Aotearoa New Zealand on my own to follow the same path. Today, I’m proud to be a registered nurse working in an emergency department, helping people during their most vulnerable moments.”
