Share your feedback on Massey’s next Strategy

Kia ora koutou,

We are in the process of developing Massey’s new Strategy which will set the university’s direction for the next decade.

As we develop our next University Strategy, we want to hear what you, our alumni, think about our proposed direction. This strategy will guide our priorities, decisions and investments in the years ahead. Your perspectives as Massey graduates will help us better understand emerging opportunities, challenges and expectations, and ensure our future direction reflects the needs of our communities and future generations.

Massey’s next Strategy

We are excited to share an initial high-level view of the new direction with you.

The intention of the draft Strategy is to set out a clear direction for the university, that positions Massey as mission-led, learner-centric, Te-Tiriti grounded, and deeply connected to our communities. It also signals confidence and pride about our place in, and contribution to Aotearoa New Zealand and the world.

The draft Strategy maps a future Massey that is recognised not only by the quality and scale of the impact we create, but also by the way in which we partner with our learners, meeting them where they are, with what they need. The Strategy seeks to capture the distinctive elements of our Massey DNA - strong regional connections, applied research excellence and a diverse, inclusive learner community that spans Aotearoa and beyond.

You can view the proposed strategy and provide your feedback here. All responses are anonymous.

Thank you for engaging with the draft Strategy and offering your valuable feedback.

Ngā mihi,

Professor Pierre Venter

Vice-Chancellor
