School Onsite Training Programme at Massey University

After a successful 2025, Massey University’s Graduate Diploma of Learning & Teaching (primary endorsement only) is pleased to continue with the School Onsite Training Programme (SOTP) in 2026. Successful candidates will:

• Receive teacher training stipend to the value of $19,930
• 3 -days in school mentoring with experienced kaiako over a full year of teaching – guided by our ‘best-fit model’
• Additional 8-weeks of block practicum – preparing you for full responsibility teaching
• Mentoring and support from Massey’s experienced lecture team
