Massey partners with PwC New Zealand for campus repositioning strategy

Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa Massey University has selected PwC New Zealand to advise on managing our property portfolio and repositioning our campuses as part of our ongoing efforts to reduce costs and maximise the value of our land and property. 

With changing ways of working, teaching and learning, now is the time to consider how our campuses are best positioned to be future fit. The work will consider the appropriate size and composition of our campuses, ensuring each campus is best positioned to support our future ways of working, teaching and learning. This includes both identifying opportunities to unlock capital to support our long-term sustainability and considering opportunities to enhance the campus experience.

Our approach will provide financial relief and funding to invest in the university’s future and ensure our three campuses are vibrant, sustainable and best positioned to support our ways of working, teaching and learning.  

Massey’s work on our property portfolio will continue coming years. This is only one aspect of our work to reimagine our physical campuses.
