Centenary Reunion Package

Reconnect. Reminisce. Celebrate.  
As Massey University marks its 100th year in 2027, we invite alumni to return to campus and celebrate the friendships, experiences, and achievements that shaped generations of graduates.  

The package includes:

• Dedicated reunion support  
  Our Alumni Relations team will work alongside Reunion organisers to provide guidance, planning support, and connections across the University to help bring your reunion to life.
  
  
• Promotion to the alumni community  
  We’ll help spread the word through alumni communication channels, including the alumni website and newsletter, helping former classmates reconnect and encourage attendance. Following your event, reunion highlights and photographs can also be featured to celebrate your groups' return to Massey.
  
  
• Return to campus experience  
  Take a guided tour of the Manawatū campus during weekdays and rediscover the places that formed part of your student journey. Explore new developments, revisit familiar landmarks, and see how Massey have evolved over the years.
  
  
• Professional group photograph  
  Capture the occasion with a professionally photographed (subject to availability) reunion portrait on campus, providing a lasting keepsake of your Centenary celebration.
  
  
• Reunion at Oasis  
  Reconnect with classmates at Massey’s bi-monthly staff social event, usually located on the site of the former Massey Staff Club (Wharerata, Palmerston North campus). Share stories, memories, and laughter in a setting that continues to be an important part of campus life.
  
  
• Personalised reunion name badges 
  Help attendees reconnect with ease through personalised reunion name badges, creating opportunities for conversation, and helping familiar faces become familiar once again.
  
  
• Official university welcome 
  Receive a personalised welcome message from a member of the University’s leadership team (subject to availability), recognising your reunion and acknowledging your cohorts contribution to the Massey community.
  
  
• Historic archives and memories 
  We’ll connect with the Massey Archives team to uncover photographs, publications, memorabilia, and other pieces of university history from your time on campus. From yearbooks and student publications to historic photographs and memorabilia, we’ll work to create a nostalgic experience that helps spark memories, conversations, and stories about your reunion group.
