 Karthik is a global marketing and omni-channel retail expert who has been connecting products/services with customers through technology for more than 14 years. He has drawn on his diverse experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Big data analytics and Technology, in helping brands such as Macys, British Telecom and Oracle unlock their growth potential.
Currently, as the Head of Macy's Paid Search, he is responsible for the brand’s international and domestic search (both online and in-store). His innovative and unparalleled ability to harness the power of insights and customer intent, has transformed the expansive program into a key contributor to the brand's top-line and growth initiatives. |
